What is Scream Cream?

A topical cream for women, applied before intimacy, that combines theophylline, ergoloid mesylates, pentoxifylline and sildenafil (sometimes with L-arginine) to increase blood flow and sensitivity.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared for one patient from a valid prescription. Any use may be off-label, and your prescriber decides whether it is right for you.

How does it work?

Each ingredient increases local blood flow in a different way, which may improve arousal and sensitivity.

What is it used for?

A topical cream for women, applied before intimacy, that combines theophylline, ergoloid mesylates, pentoxifylline and sildenafil (sometimes with L-arginine) to increase blood flow and sensitivity. Your prescriber determines the use, dose and monitoring.

How is it used?

  • Cream. Creams are applied to the area your prescriber directs. Metered dispensers such as Topi-CLICK® deliver the same amount each time. Wash your hands after applying.

Follow the directions on your label. The strength, amount and schedule are set by your prescriber.

Side effects and safety

Commonly reported: Warmth, tingling or redness where applied, and occasional headache. Call your prescriber or us about any reaction that concerns you.

Who should use caution?

Anyone taking nitrates for chest pain, and people with low blood pressure or an allergy to any ingredient. Not for use during pregnancy. Share your full medical history and medication list with your prescriber.

How should it be stored?

Always follow the storage directions and beyond-use date on your label, and keep medications out of reach of children and pets.
