How we handle your information.

What we collect on this website

Messages you send us. If you use the "Send us a message" form, we receive your name, phone number or email, whether you are a patient, pet owner or prescriber office, and your message. The form is processed by Google Forms and stored in a Google account that only our pharmacy staff can access. Please don't include prescription or health information in the form; call us instead.

Website usage. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your general location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found our site. We have turned off Google's advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization) for our site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

Your choice on the privacy message. Your browser remembers that you closed our privacy message, so it doesn't appear again. This stays on your device.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We don't use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we don't share website information with advertisers. This website doesn't take payments or ask for your health information.

Prescriptions and health information

Information about your prescriptions and health is protected health information under HIPAA. We use and share it only as our Notice of Privacy Practices describes, for example to fill your prescription, talk with your prescriber or veterinarian, and bill your insurance. You can read it on this website, or ask for a paper copy at the pharmacy or by calling 407-977-9779.

Online and app refills are handled by our pharmacy software partner, MobileScripts, at pharmacyonthepark.mobilescripts.com. That service has its own privacy policy and protects your information under HIPAA.

How we use and keep information

We use messages only to answer you and to improve our service. We keep them only as long as we need them for that purpose or as the law requires. We protect information with access controls and accounts limited to our staff.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as research articles, supplier sites and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online.

Changes and contact
