For everyone's safety, the law limits what a pharmacy can take back. Here is how we handle returns and refunds. Effective October 6, 2026.

Prescription medications

Florida law doesn't allow pharmacies to take back and re-dispense prescription medications once they have left the pharmacy, because we can't confirm how they were stored. This includes compounded medications, which are made for one patient. So we can't accept returns or give refunds for prescriptions that were picked up or delivered, except as described below.

If we made a mistake

If we made an error, or your medication arrived damaged or was not kept at the right temperature during shipping, call us at 407-977-9779 right away. We will replace it or refund you. Please keep the medication and packaging until we tell you what to do with it.

Over-the-counter products and supplements

Unopened over-the-counter products and supplements in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days with your receipt for a refund to the original payment method. Opened products, refrigerated items and special orders can't be returned unless they are defective.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If your insurance paid part of the cost, we reverse the claim with your plan.

Getting rid of unused medications

For medications you no longer need, use a drug take-back location or follow the FDA's disposal guidance. Ask us if you're not sure what to do.
