Shipping

Pickup and shipping.

Pick up at our Oviedo pharmacy, or we ship to Florida, Maine and Colorado. Effective October 6, 2026.

Where we ship

We ship prescriptions, including compounded medications for people and pets, to addresses in Florida, Maine and Colorado. We can't ship to other states. You can always pick up at 784 S. Central Ave in Oviedo during our hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon.

How it works

  • Your prescriber or veterinarian sends us the prescription. You don't need to call us; we call you.
  • We confirm your address, the price and the shipping cost before anything ships.
  • Most compounds are ready the same day to 24 hours after we receive the prescription and confirm the details. FIP cases are prioritized.
  • We text or call you when your order ships.

Shipping cost and timing

Shipping is not free. We tell you the cost before your order ships, based on where it is going and how fast it needs to arrive. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

Temperature-sensitive medications

Medications that must stay cold are packed with insulation and cold packs. Please bring the package inside and put it in the refrigerator as soon as it arrives.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, or a cold medication arrives warm, call us at 407-977-9779 the same day. Don't use a medication that looks damaged or was not kept at the right temperature. We will work with the carrier and make it right, including replacing the medication when appropriate.
