Estriol, a mild estrogen, supports skin thickness, collagen and moisture. Tretinoin speeds skin cell turnover, and hyaluronic acid holds moisture.
What is it used for?
Aging skin and fine lines on the face and neck. Made with estriol 0.3%, hyaluronic acid 0.5% and tretinoin 0.02%. Your prescriber determines the use, dose and monitoring.
How is it used?
- Cream. Creams are applied to the area your prescriber directs. Metered dispensers such as Topi-CLICK® deliver the same amount each time. Wash your hands after applying.

Side effects and safety
Commonly reported: Dryness, peeling or sun sensitivity. Estriol is a hormone, and a small amount can be absorbed through the skin. Call your prescriber or us about any reaction that concerns you.
Who should use caution?
Pregnancy. People who have been told to avoid estrogen, such as those with an estrogen-sensitive cancer, unless their prescriber approves. Use sunscreen daily. Share your full medical history and medication list with your prescriber.
How should it be stored?
Always follow the storage directions and beyond-use date on your label, and keep medications out of reach of children and pets.
Why is it compounded?
This combination isn’t sold as a single commercial product. Compounding lets us put the ingredients together in one preparation, in the exact strengths and ratio your prescriber orders, so there are fewer separate medications to take or apply.
This preparation can include: Estriol, Hyaluronic acid, Tretinoin. Your prescriber chooses which ingredients and how much of each.
